摘要 随着铂(Pt)、钯(Bd)、铑(Rh)贵金属价格飞涨,三元催化器的价值越来越高,贵金属价格峰值时,某些国六车型的三元催化器(含GPF)采购价格甚至超越发动机总成,成为整车价格最高的单个零件,因此,分析三元催化器的售后故障模式,及采取相应的控制措施,具有重要意义。本文概述了三元催化器工作原理、结构及生产工艺,总结分析了三元催化器的故障模式,并提出了相应的控制措施,供整车主机厂及供应商三元催化器设计人员、质量管理人员参考。 With the soaring prices of platinum (Pt),palladium (Bd),and rhodium (Rh) precious metals,the value of three-way catalytic converters is getting higher and higher.When the price of precious metals peaks,the three-way catalytic converters (including GPF) purchase price even surpasses the engine assembly and becomes the most expensive single part of the whole vehicle.Therefore,it is of great significance to analyze the after-sales failure mode of the three-way catalytic converter and take corresponding control measures.This paper summarizes the working principle,structure and production process of the three-way catalytic converter,summarizes and analyzes the failure mode of the three-way catalytic converter,and puts forward corresponding control measures,which can be used by the three-way catalytic converter designers,relevant quality Managers.
