Silicone is a special rubber with a variety of excellent properties.It is widely used in automotive,medical,electromechanical and other fields.In automotive products,some parts and components have special performance and high requirements.The use of silicone products can effectively meet the performance requirements.This paper introduces the application method of silica gel from the perspectives of the performance requirements of commercial vehicles,the types and characteristics of silica gel,the main parameters of silica gel,and design requirements.
