摘要
5G、边缘计算、区块链等新技术的推广普及将对我国以数据中心为代表的数字新型基础设施发展带来巨大压力,到“十四五”期末,我国数据中心总体将出现较大算力资源缺口,特别是东部地区,算力需求相比中西部地区增长更快,但受制于供电、能耗指标等限制,算力资源拓展空间极为有限,未来算力资源短缺问题将更加严重,有必要在“十四五”期间提前布局、提前应对。为了大力贯彻和落实双碳政策,践行能源集约化管理,为科学制定“双碳”目标及战略提供量化参考。本文基于东数西算试点建设过程中涉及的能源一体化管理展开研究,针对东西部在电力成本和碳排放相关维度进行量化对比。
The popularization of 5G,edge computing,blockchain and other new technologies will bring great pressure on the development of new digital infrastructure represented by data centers in China.By the end of the 14th Five Year Plan period,there will be a large computing resource gap in China’s data centers,especially in the eastern region.The computing demand will grow faster than that in the central and western regions,but it is limited by power supply,energy consumption indicators and so on,the expansion space of computing resources is extremely limited,and the shortage of computing resources will be more serious in the future.It is necessary to layout and deal with it in advance during the 14th Five Year Plan period.In order to vigorously implement the double carbon policy,practice energy intensive management,and provide quantitative reference for scientifically formulating the"double carbon"goal and strategy.Based on the research on the energy integration management involved in the pilot construction of Eastern digital computing and Western computing,this paper makes a quantitative comparison between the East and the West in terms of power cost and carbon emission.
