Advances in related research about the development of glioma and its relationship with human cytomegalovirus infection

癌症是一种炎症,其与常见炎症的区别在于不可控制以及难以明确病原体。大多数癌症与特定病原微生物特别是病毒感染相关,其中胶质瘤与人巨细胞病毒感染的相关性已争论数十年,本文在客观阐述正反两方面观点的基础上,提出自己的观点作为诠释,并提出进一步解决争论的方案,供临床参考。

Cancer is a form of inflammation,which is different from common inflammation in that it is uncontrollable and difficult to identify pathogenic microorganisms.Most tumors are related to specific pathogenic microorganisms,especially viral infections.The relationship between gliomas and human cytomegalovirus(HCMV)infection has been debated for decades.This article puts forward the author’s own point of view as an interpretation on the basis of objectively expounding the positive and negative points of view,and put forward a further solution to the dispute,for clinical reference.
