摘要
目的:评价Er:YAG激光联合渗透树脂辅助诊室漂白治疗中度氟斑牙的临床疗效。方法:纳入45例中度氟斑牙患者,随机分为3组:A组(微研磨辅助诊室漂白)、B组(Er:YAG激光辅助诊室漂白)、C组(Er:YAG激光联合渗透树脂辅助诊室漂白);用VITA比色板记录治疗前后中度氟斑牙患者的牙齿色阶变化。评价患牙显效率、有效率、患者满意度及牙齿敏感发生率。结果:治疗后即刻(T2),B、C两组和A组在色阶等级、显效率、牙齿敏感发生率方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后12周(T3),C组和A、B两组在色阶等级、显效率、有效率和患者满意度方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Er:YAG激光联合渗透树脂辅助诊室漂白治疗中度氟斑牙具有更好的临床疗效和舒适度。
Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of Er:YAG laser combined with resin infiltration assisted in-office bleaching treatment on moderate dental fluorosis.Methods:Forty-five patients with moderate dental fluorosis were selected and randomly divided into three groups:group A(microabrasion assisted in-office bleaching),group B(Er:YAG laser assisted in-office bleaching),group C(Er:YAG laser combined with resin infiltration assisted in-office bleaching).The changes of tooth color levels of patients with moderate dental fluorosis were evaluated by VITA Shade guide before and after treatments.The excellent rate,effective rate,patient satisfaction and the incidence of tooth sensitivity were evaluated after treatment.Results:At immediately after treatment(T2),there were significant differences in color level,excellent rate and incidence of tooth sensitivity between group B,C and group A(P<0.05).At 12 weeks after treatment(T3),there were significant differences in color level,excellent rate,effective rate and patient satisfaction between group C and group A,B(P<0.05).Conclusion:Er:YAG laser combined with resin infiltration assisted in-office bleaching treatment on moderate dental fluorosis has better clinical effect and comfort.
