摘要
目的探讨白藜芦醇对狂犬病病毒的体外抑制作用。方法以狂犬病病毒动物攻毒标准株CVS-11为模式病毒,针对狂犬病病毒感染周期,建立白藜芦醇处理下的CVS-11和BHK-21细胞组成的感染模型,通过直接免疫荧光、细胞荧光灶转化等方法检测白藜芦醇对狂犬病病毒的抑制作用。结果在不影响细胞生长的条件下,随着浓度的增加,白藜芦醇可阻滞病毒的吸附、干扰病毒进入细胞并抑制病毒的增殖,抑制率最高可达约95%。另外,白藜芦醇与病毒共孵育的结果显示,40μmol/L的白藜芦醇可直接杀灭病毒。结论白藜芦醇具有抑制狂犬病病毒活力的作用,且这种抑制效应具有剂量依赖性。
Objective To analyze the in vitro inhibitory effects of resveratrol on rabies virus.Methods The challenge virus standard(CVS)-11 strain of rabies virus and BHK-21 cells were used to establish the infection model.In vitro inhibitory effects of resveratrol on rabies virus were analyzed at different stages of infection by direct immunofluorescence and cell fluorescence focus unit assay.Results Without affecting cell growth,resveratrol could block the adsorption of virus,interfere with the entry of virus into cells and inhibit virus proliferation in a concentration-dependent manner.The inhibition rate could reach up to about 95%.The results of co-incubation experiment showed that 40μmol/L resveratrol could directly kill the virus.Conclusions This study indicated that resveratrol inhibited the activity of rabies virus in a concentration-dependent manner.
