摘要
采用三种自制含砜低聚物、环氧树脂、扩链剂以及两种固化剂配方,制得了无溶剂含砜环氧胶粘剂体系。获得了综合性能优异的高性能新型防弹胶粘剂,并对其性能进行了研究。研究结果表明:6种配方的胶粘剂反应活性、剪切强度、耐高温稳定性、介电性和疏水性均较高,其中K-3在多方面表现较为突出,在常温到200℃范围均有15.84 MPa以上的剪切强度,吸水率最低,能满足防弹复合材料树脂的各种需求。防弹复合材料测试结果表明,该防弹胶粘剂能够满足防弹复合材料对胶粘剂的性能要求且表现较为优异。
Solvent-free sulfone-containing epoxy adhesive system was prepared by using three kinds of selfmade sulfone-containing oligomers,epoxy resin,chain extender and two kinds of curing agents. New highperformance bulletproof adhesive with excellent comprehensive properties was obtained,and its performance was studied. The research results showed that adhesive of six formulations had all relatively high reactivity,shear strength and high temperature stability,dielectric and hydrophobicity. Among them,K-3 had outstanding performance in many aspects. From normal temperature to 200 ℃,it had shear strength of more than 15.84 MPa and the lowest water absorption,which could meet various needs of bulletproof composite resin. The test results of bulletproof composite material showed that the bulletproof adhesive could satisfy the performance requirements of bulletproof composite material on the adhesive and it had excellent performance.
