我国共同富裕的影响因素研究——基于现代产业体系与消费的视角

Analysis on the Influencing Factors of China’s Common Prosperity——Based on the Perspective of Modern Industrial System and Consumption

共同富裕是我国现代化发展的重要目标,本文在量化测度共同富裕的基础上,从经济高质量发展的供给和需求两端入手,利用2009~2019年我国207个城市的面板数据构建动态空间计量模型,实证检验构建现代产业体系、全面促进消费对共同富裕的影响;并进一步针对不同发展水平的城市,对比分析共同富裕与经济增长的路径差异。研究结果显示:构建现代产业体系可以有效促进共同富裕,全面促进消费对共同富裕的推动主要依靠提升居民消费能力;交通等基础设施建设、网络信息化建设和城市化发展有利于推进共同富裕,外资引进和金融业规模扩张则总体上表现为负向影响。据此,应以构建现代产业体系为目标积极推进产业升级,多措并举提高居民消费能力和增强消费意愿,大力推动各地基础设施建设和城镇化发展,引导外来资本和金融资本合理布局。

Common prosperity is an important goal of China’s modernization development.Based on the quantitative measurement of common prosperity,starting from the supply and demand sides of high-quality economic development,this paper uses the panel data of 207 cities in China from 2009 to 2019 to build a dynamic spatial econometric model to empirically test the impact of building a modern industrial system and comprehensively promoting consumption on common prosperity.It also makes a comparative analysis of cities with different development levels,common prosperity&economic growth.The results show that:Building a modern industrial system can effectively promote the development of common prosperity.The impact of comprehensively promoting consumption on common prosperity is mainly reflected in improving residents’consumption ability.Transportation and other infrastructure construction,network information construction and urbanization are conducive to promoting common prosperity.The introduction of foreign capital and the scale expansion of the financial industry are generally not conducive to the development of common prosperity.Therefore,we should actively promote industrial upgrading with the goal of building a modern industrial system,take multiple measures to improve residents’consumption ability and willingness,actively promote local infrastructure construction and urbanization development,guide the rational distribution of foreign capital and financial capital.
