基于涉海上市公司交叉持股网络的区域海洋经济联动发展分析

Research of Linkage-Developing Marine Economy Trend in a Cross-shareholding Network Perspective

基于涉海上市公司交叉持股网络的微观视角,从网络的结构特征及动态演进等方面分析了区域海洋经济联动的宏观发展态势。研究发现:海洋经济区域投资网络具备显著的小世界性特征,无标度网络特征不明显,呈现均衡发展态势,互惠性与节点相关度为正值。从海洋经济的区域发展联动演进趋势看,区域网络的核心节点逐渐增多,网络分布较为均匀且格局明显,属于“多核协同蛛网型网络”,北京是内陆地区的核心节点,上海、深圳、广东是沿海地区的核心节点,辽宁、江苏、浙江、山东等沿海省份的重要性凸显,逐渐成为发展海洋经济的新力量;与2007年相比,2012年网络的核心节点明显增多,海洋经济投资的活力增强,从2012年到2017年,网络呈现集聚化发展态势,产业集聚与地理优势发挥着越来越重要的作用;海洋经济投资活动多数集中于经济较为发达的东部沿海地区,但内陆地区能够通过资金、技术等优势克服地理劣势参与海洋经济活动,享受海洋经济发展带来的红利。

Based on the cross-shareholding network formed by listed companies involved in marine industry,this research built the marine economic regional investment network.Furthermore,the paper studied the development trend of marine economy from the perspective of network structure characteristics and dynamic evolution.Research findings:Marine economy regional investment network has significant small-world behavior but no scale-free property,showing a balanced development trend,and the reciprocity and node correlation is positive;there are many core nodes in the network,the network distribution is relatively uniform and the pattern is obvious,and it is a"cobweb-collaborating network";compared with 2007,the number of core nodes in the network increased in 2012,and the vitality of marine economic investment increased;however,from 2012 to 2017,the network showed a trend of agglomeration development,and industrial agglomeration and geographical advantages played an increasingly important role;most of the marine economic investment activities were concentrated in the eastern coastal areas with relatively developed economy,but the inland areas could overcome the geographical disadvantages to participate in marine economic activities through capital,technology and other advantages;Beijing is the core node of inland areas,while Shanghai,Shenzhen and Guangdong are the core nodes of coastal areas;the importance of Liaoning,Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Shandong and other coastal provinces is gradually highlighted,becoming a new force for the development of marine economy.It is suggested that the government should improve the spatial layout of the network,further promote the construction of"ocean central city",and promote the sustainable and steady development of marine economy.This study can provide theoretical guidance for policy formulation to promote the balanced and steady development of marine economy,improve the durability and vitality of marine economy investment,and give play to the linkage effect of marine economy.
