摘要
通过本试验设定不同的发酵温度,研究不同温度下,厨余垃圾厌氧发酵的情况,研究结果表明,当温度设置在40℃时,厌氧发酵反应在24 h和36 h时,产生的VFA含量最高,分别为14.05、12.49 g/L,产生的各种气体含量呈现先上升后下降的趋势,此时的pH值呈现先下降后上升的趋势,pH值为4.3,试验结果表明设置的温度越高,厨余垃圾减量化越明显,综上可以得出温度设置在40℃时,厨余垃圾厌氧发酵效率越高。
Through this experiment,we set different fermentation temperatures to study the anaerobic fermentation of kitchen waste at different temperatures.The research results show that when the temperature is set at 40℃,the anaerobic fermentation reaction is produced at 24 h and 36 h.The VFA content is the highest,14.05 g/L and 12.49 g/L,respectively.The content of the various gases produced shows a trend of rising first and then falling.At this time,the pH presents a trend of first falling and then rising.The pH is 4.3.The test results show that the higher the temperature,the more obvious the reduction of kitchen waste is.In summary,it can be concluded that when the temperature is set at 40℃,the higher the efficiency of anaerobic fermentation of kitchen waste.
