推拿联合牵引对腰椎间盘突出患者腰痛程度及炎症因子的影响

Effects of Tuina combined with traction on the degree of low back pain and inflammatory factors in patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation

目的 观察推拿联合牵引对腰椎间盘突出患者腰痛程度及炎症因子的影响。方法 将我院200例腰椎间盘突出患者随机分为观察组(推拿联合牵引治疗)与对照组(牵引治疗)各100例。比较两组患者治疗后总有效率,两组患者日本骨科学会(JOA)下腰痛疾患评分、视觉模拟疼痛评分(VAS)、前屈、后伸、侧弯、旋转度、高敏-C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白介素-1β(IL-1β)、白介素-6(IL-6)水平。结果 治疗后,观察组患者总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者JOA、前屈、后伸、侧弯、旋转度增高,VAS、hs-CRP、IL-1β、IL-6表达下降(P<0.05),观察组患者JOA、前屈、后伸、侧弯、旋转度高于对照组,VAS、hs-CRP、IL-1β、IL-6表达低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 推拿联合牵引治疗能显著降低腰椎间盘突出患者的腰痛程度,提高腰椎功能和活动度,降低血清炎症因子的表达,治疗效果良好。

Objective To observe the effect of Tuina combined with traction on the degree of low back pain and inflammatory factors in patients with lumbar disc herniation(LDH). Methods A total of 200 patients with LDH were randomly divided into observation group(Tuina combined with traction)and control group(traction)each of 100 cases. The total effective rate after treatment was compared between the two groups;the Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)low back pain score,Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score,flexion,extension,scoliosis,rotation,and high sensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin(IL)-1β,IL-6 before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05);JOA,flexion,extension,scoliosis,and rotation increased,while VAS,hs-CRP,IL-1β,and IL-6 expression decreased in both groups(P<0.05),JOA,flexion,extension,lateral curvature and rotation of observation group were higher than those of control group,while VAS,hs-CRP,IL-1β and IL-6expression were lower than those of control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Tuina combined with traction can significantly reduce the degree of low back pain in patients with lumbar disc herniation,improve the function and mobility of the lumbar spine,reduce the expression of serum inflammatory factors,and has a good therapeutic effect.
