提督调神针法结合穴位按摩治疗脑梗死后偏瘫患者临床疗效观察

Effect of Tidu Tiaoshen needling method and acupoint massage on hemiplegia patients after cerebral infarction

目的 观察针刺联合穴位按摩治疗脑梗死后偏瘫患者临床疗效。方法 将我院确诊为脑梗死后偏瘫的患者120例随机分为对照组(常规针刺治疗,50例)与研究组(提督调神针法结合穴位按摩,70例),对比两组治疗后临床疗效。结果 治疗后,研究组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组本体感受测量值小于对照组(P<0.05);研究组神经功能缺损评分、自理功能评分、下肢运动功能评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 采用提督调神针法结合穴位按摩治疗脑梗死后偏瘫患者疗效较好,可改善患者本体感受,提升患者神经功能、自理功能、以及下肢运动功能,可在临床推广运用。

Objective To observe the effect of Tidu Tiaoshen needling method combined with acupoint massage acupuncture on hemiplegia patients after cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 120 patients diagnosed with hemiplegia after cerebral infarction were randomly divided into study group and control group,control group(n=50) received conventional acupuncture treatment,and study group(n=70)received Tidu TiaoShen needling method combined with acupoint massage,the differences of clinical efficaey after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment,the total effective rate in study group was significantly higher than in control group(P<0.05);the neurological deficit score,self-care function score and lower limb motor function score of study group were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05);the measurement value of proprioception in study group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with hemiplegia after cerebral infarction,Tidu Tiaoshen needling method combined with acupoint massage as the main treatment plan can improve patients’ proprioception,improve nerve function,self-care function and lower limb motor function,and obtain more obvious clinical treatment effect.
