摘要
谢晶日教授认为脾胃与肝同居于中焦,生理病理上关系密切,并结合当今社会环境与多年临证经验,主张从肝脾同治角度治疗消化系统疾病,柴胡是谢教授肝脾同治的常用药,临床上常运用含有柴胡的药对扶土抑木以建中州。笔者跟随谢晶日教授门诊学习,试探讨谢晶日教授运用柴胡药对治疗消化系统疾病经验,并对谢晶日教授常用柴胡药对进行归纳总结。
Professor XIE Jing-ri believes that the spleen and stomach belong to the middle-jiao with the liver,and has a close relationship in physiology and pathology. Combined with the current social environment and many years of clinical experience Professor XIE advocates the treatment of digestive system diseases from the perspective of liver and spleen cotreatment. Radix Bupleurum is the common drug used by Professor XIE for liver and spleen co-treatment. Professor XIE’s rich experience in using couplet medicines of Radix Bupleuri is summarized in this paper.
