以手三阳经为主针刺治疗神经根型颈椎病的研究进展

Research progress of treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy with acupuncture of hand and three yang meridians

以“经脉所过,主治所及”的经典理论为基,结合手三阳经循行过颈部的生理意义,从近年来的相关文献研究中总结取穴频次及规律,研究针刺手三阳经以及联合推拿等疗法对神经根型颈椎病(CSR)治疗的效应,并以临床医案为例探讨针刺阳经治疗CSR的疗效;归纳并探析以手三阳经为主针刺治疗CSR的针刺用穴规律及治疗思路,以期提升临床治愈率。

Based on the classic theory of“meridians pass through,indications reach”,combined with the physiological significance of the three yang meridians of the hand passing through the neck,this paper summarized the frequency and law of acupoint selection from the relevant literature research in recent years,studied the effect of acupuncture of the three yang meridians of the hand and combined massage on the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(CSR),and took clinical medical cases as an example to explore the effect of acupuncture of the yang meridians on CSR;summarized and analyzed the law of acupuncture points and treatment ideas of acupuncture based on the in the treatment of CSR,hoping to improve the clinical cure rate.
