摘要
梯形截面斜导条在进行超声无损检测时,其表面会使声束产生折射,影响检测结果。针对这一问题,利用CIVA软件对斜导条检测时的声场和缺陷响应进行仿真分析,得到缺陷检测时超声声束的最佳入射角度,并利用仿真结果搭建超声检测系统,进行超声检测实验。结果显示,在斜导条缺陷检测时,探头倾斜入射能够达到很好的检测效果。
When the trapezoidal section copper bar is under ultrasonic testing, its surface will refract the sound beam during detection, which affects the detection result.To solve this problem, CIVA software was used to simulate and analyze the sound field and defect response during the detection of the copper bar, and the best angle of incidence of the ultrasonic beam during defect detection was obtained, and the simulation results were used to build the ultrasonic testing system and operate the ultrasonic detection experiment.The results show that when detecting trapezoidal section copper bars, the probe has a good detection effect when it is incident at an oblique angle.
