Practice and Historical Experience of Red Sports Development in the Shaan-Gan-Ning Border Region

陕甘宁边区红色体育建设实践不仅是人民体育发展史上的典型范例,也是深入开展党史教育的生动教材,具有重要的研究意义。运用文献资料法、历史与逻辑相统一等研究方法,对陕甘宁边区红色体育建设的实践路径及历史经验进行分析。研究发现:陕甘宁边区红色体育建设的具体实践路径可以总结为“四个相统一”,即党的领导与人民广泛参与相统一、革命斗争与提高人民体质相统一、个人安全与维护整体安全相统一、破旧立新与党的思想建设相统一。这一实践既是延安精神及新民主主义社会建设的有机组成部分,也是党在局部执政时期领导人民体育事业、发展群众体育的成功经验。形成以党的领导为根本保障,以边区安全为首要目的,以人民为中心为根本立场的显著特征,对于当前的体育事业建设仍具有重要的借鉴价值与精神传承意义。

The practice of red sports development in the Shaan-Gan-Ning border region is not only a typical example in the history of people’s sports development,but also vivid teaching material for in-depth party history education,which has important research significance.Using literature research and the unity of history and logic,this paper analyzes the practical path and historical experience of red sports development in the Shaan-Gan-Ning border region.It is found that the specific practical path of red sports development in the Shaan-Gan-Ning border region can be summarized as“four unifications”,that is,the unity of the party’s leadership and the broad participation of the people,the unity of revolutionary struggle and improving people’s physique,the unity of personal security and maintaining overall security,and the unity of weeding through the old to bring forth the new and the ideological construction of party.It is not only an organic part of the Yan’an spirit and the development of a new democratic society,but also the successful experience of the party in leading the people’s sports cause and developing mass sports during the local ruling period.The formation of the distinctive features of taking the party’s leadership as the fundamental guarantee,taking the security of the border area as the primary purpose,and taking a people-centered approach still has important reference value and spiritual inheritance significance for current sports development.
