Objective To explore the relationship between the loss of physical anhedonia, sorial anhedonia,self-compassion and post-traumatic stress disorder in stroke patients. Methods A total of 198 stroke patients from January 2019 to January 2020 in Luohu District of Shenzhen were selected as the research objects, and their physical, social, self pity and post-traumatic stress disorder were investigated. Results The score of physical anhedonia was(43.2±3.22),the score of social anhetlonia was(28.52±3.14),the score of self-compassion was(84.45±6.42),and the score of post-traumatic,stress disorder was(60.82±6.35)in stroke patients.Pearson correlation analysis showed that self-compassion was negatively correlated with post-traumatic stress disorder(P<0.01).Through path analysis, the direct effect of self-compassion on post-traumatic stress disorder was-0.439,the total effect was-0.590,the mediating effect of physical anhedonia was-0.082,and the mediating effect of social anhedonia was-0.069.Conclusions The higher the level of self pity in stroke patients, the lower the post-traumatic stress disorder. At the same time, the lack of physical and social pleasure plays a mediating role in self-compassion and post-traumatic stress disorder.
