摘要
以三氟氯乙烷(HCFC-133a)和甲基丙烯酸钾(KMA)为原料,环丁砜作溶剂,经酯化反应合成了一种多功能氟代单体甲基丙烯酸2,2,2-三氟乙酯。讨论并确定了合成甲基丙烯酸钾和甲基丙烯酸2,2,2-三氟乙酯较佳的工艺条件。
A multifunctional fluorinated monomer 2,2,2-trifluoroethyl methacrylate was synthesized by esterification of 2,2,2-trifluoroethyl chloride with potassium methacrylate in an organic solvent sulfolane. The optimum synthesis conditions of potassium methacrylate and 2,2,2-trifluoroethyl methacrylate were discussed and determined.
