摘要
利用根本原因分析法对某化工爆炸事故进行分析,通过对事故报告中确定的直接原因不断发问,找到预防事故发生的根本原因。对事故的根本原因有针对性地逐条提出改进措施,最终从系统上改进安全管理水平。
The root cause analysis method is used to analyze a chemical explosion accident, and the root cause of accident prevention is found by constantly asking questions about the direct cause determined in the accident report. Put forward targeted improvement measures one by one for the root causes of the accident, and finally improve the safety management level from the system.
