摘要
元评价是思想政治教育评价研究的新课题,也是思想政治教育评价实践的新方向。所谓思想政治教育元评价,是指评价者依据一定的评价标准,运用科学方法,对思想政治教育评价活动本身进行评价和分析的一种特殊的评价形式,是对思想政治教育评价的再评价。思想政治教育元评价是一个内含多个要素、协同工作的有机系统,其中,元评价意识、元评价主体与客体、元评价标准及指标体系、元评价制度机制是其生成并运行的基本要件。进入新时代,开展思想政治教育元评价,对改进和提升思想政治教育评价质量、发展和完善思想政治教育评价理论、不断增强思想政治教育工作效果具有重要意义和作用。应当从理论研究与具体实践两个层面双向发力,通过科学认识的不断深化、组织实践中的具体应用,推动思想政治教育元评价有序开展,释放应有的效能和作用。
Meta-evaluation is not only a new research topic in ideological and political education evaluation,but also a new direction of practice in this area.The so-called meta-evaluation refers to a special evaluation form,with which evaluators evaluate and analyze ideological and political education according to certain standards and methods.It is a re-evaluation of the evaluation of ideological and political education.In the new era,carrying out ideological and political education meta-evaluation is of great significance in improving the quality,developing and perfecting the evaluation theory and constantly enhancing the effect of ideological and political education.Therefore,we should make efforts in both the theoretical research and practice,deepen the scientific understanding and promote the application of ideological and political education evaluation in practice,so as to release and play its due efficiency and role.
