摘要
单核细胞是连接先天性免疫和适应性免疫反应的桥梁,在肿瘤免疫中具有多种生物学作用。由于肿瘤微环境的时空、类型的多样性以及单核细胞本身的异质性和可塑性,单核细胞依赖不同的方式向肿瘤浸润,呈现不同的分化方向。单核细胞浸润肿瘤后分化为肿瘤相关巨噬细胞、肿瘤相关树突状细胞等,通过多种机制影响肿瘤微环境,诱导免疫耐受、血管生成和肿瘤细胞转移。该文综述了单核细胞向肿瘤浸润依赖的主要调控方式,以及单核细胞在肿瘤中不同的分化方向和功能。
Monocytes are bonds linking innate and adaptive immune responses and play a variety of biological roles in tumor immunity.Due to the diversity of spatio-temporal tumor microenvironment and tumor types or the heterogeneity and plasticity of monocytes,monocytes infiltrate to tumors and differentiate through different ways.Infiltrated monocytes differentiate into tumor-associated macrophages and tumor-associated dendritic cells,which affect the tumor microenvironment through a variety of mechanisms and induce immune tolerance,angiogenesis,and tumor cell metastasis.This review summarized the main pathways controlling monocytes infiltrating to tumor,as well as diverse differentiation directions and functions of monocytes in tumors.
