一种球罐TOFD检测图谱中非相关显示分析与评判方法

摘要 超声衍射时差法(TOFD)是球罐检验检测中常用的无损检测方法。在TOFD检测图谱中,常出现一种疑似缺陷的信号,常规方法无法对其性质进行判断。对类信号特征进行归纳,提出了信号评判方法,并结合原材料的机械性能试验来验证分析结果,从而避免错误判断焊接缺陷。 Ultrasonic time-of-flight diffraction(TOFD)was the main non-destructive testing method in the inspection and testing of spherical tanks.In the TOFD inspection map,a signal of suspected defect often appeared,which could not be qualitatively judged by conventional methods.The characteristics of this kind of signal were summarized,and the signal evaluation method was proposed.The analysis results were verified by the mechanical property test of raw materials,so as to avoid misjudgment of welding defects.
