目前中药配方颗粒生产中已广泛采用卧螺离心机进行固液分离,而中药颗粒提取的高效、高品质除依赖离心机设备的机械设计结构外,还需依赖离心机的自动化控制系统。以离心机用于中药配方颗粒固液分离为例,主要阐述了触摸屏控制系统与常规PLC控制系统及传统继电器控制相比所具有的技术优势。

At present,the decanter centrifuge had been widely used for solid-liquid separation in the production of traditional Chinese medicine granules.The high-efficiency and high-quality extraction of traditional Chinese medicine formula granules not only depended on the mechanical design structure of the centrifuge equipment,but also depended on the automatic control system of the centrifuge.Taking the centrifuge used for solid-liquid separation of traditional Chinese medicine formula particles as an example,the technical advantages of the touch screen control system compared with the conventional PLC control system and the traditional relay control were mainly expounded.
