从“图书情报与档案管理”到“信息资源管理”的学科嬗变与教学发展

The Subject Transmutation and Teaching Development of the Change from"Library Information and Archives Management"to"Information Resource Management"

本文立足于图书情报与档案管理一级学科及信息资源管理的兴起,与两者学科和教学的发展,阐述了一级学科更名为“信息资源管理”的三点认识。本文认为一级学科更名的呼声由来已久,由于信息资源管理发展成熟、一级学科的学习内容与信息资源管理紧密相关、大多数高校的图情系已更名为“信息管理”或“信息资源管理”、国内外均有出版信息资源管理方面的学术期刊这些原因,所以一级学科更名具有高度的合理性。更名后也具有不少优势,可以更好地揭示学科的本质;提高社会认知度与认同度,吸引更多的人才;拓宽学科口径,促进学科创新;提高一级学科整体地位。

Based on the rise of library information and archives management this first-level subject,and information resource management,as well as the development of subject and teaching,this paper expounds three points of understanding of the firstlevel subject renamed as"information resource management".Has long been a subject name calls,this paper argues that due to following 4 reasons,the information resources management has developed as a mature subject,first-level subject's learning contents are closely related to information resources management,most of the universities'first-level subject's name has been renamed as"information management"or"information resources management",both in domestic and abroad have published academic journals in terms of information resource management,so the name change has its high level of rationality.The name change also leads to many advantages,which can better reveal the essence of the subject;improve social popularity and recognition,attract more talents;broaden the subject caliber,promote the subject's innovation;and improve the overall status of first-level subject.
