关于建立管理科学与工程二级学科体系的思考——兼谈科技管理工程的学科设置

The Imagination of Setting Up Secondary Discipline System of Management Science and Engineering

管理科学与工程作为一级学科,一直没有设置二级学科,教育部在人才培养中鼓励自主设置二级学科,按一级学科授予学位,建立合理的管理科学与工程二级学科体系具有重要意义。本文在分析教育部人才培养学科目录、国家学科分类标准、国家社科规划办学科代码、国家自然科学基金委学科代码、中国图书馆分类代码的基础上,提出管理科学与工程二级学科的设置原则,并建议设置5个学科方向,分别是:管理科学(狭义)、运营管理、工程管理、信息管理工程、科技管理工程,从而为管理科学与工程的学科建设提供指导。

As first-class discipline,management science and engineering has not set up secondary discipline.In the course of personnel training,the Ministry of education encourages to set up secondary discipline and awards degrees according to the firstclass discipline.It is of great significance to establish a reasonable secondary discipline system of management science and Engineering.Based on the analysis of subject catalogue of personnel training on ministry of education、the national discipline catalogue classification standard、code of discipline of National Social Science Planning Office、subject code of National Natural Science Foundation of China、Chinese Library Classification Code,this paper puts forward the principles of setting up on secondary disciplines of management science and Engineering and proposes to set the 5 kinds of discipline directions including management science(narrow sense)、operations management、engineering management、information management engineering、science and technology management engineering,so as to provide guidance for the construction of the discipline of management science and engineering.
