摘要
新时代高校师德的内涵可以从明道信道、爱生敬业、修身立德三个方面进行解读。当前高校师德评价指标体系设计中仍存在诸如内容简单化、目标功利化、标准宽泛化、理念滞后化等问题。因此,在厘清新时代高校师德内涵的基础上,结合国务院、教育部颁布的系列师德建设文件精神,制定科学可行的师德评价指标体系,便成为一项富有建设意义的工作。
Connotation of college teachers'ethics in the new era can be interpreted from three aspects:clarification and belief,love for students and dedication,and self-cultivation and morality.At present,however,there are still some problems in the design of the evaluation index system of teachers'morality in colleges and universities,such as simplification of content,utilitarianism of goals,broadening of standards,lagging of ideas and so on.Therefore,on the basis of defining the connotation of teachers'morality in colleges and universities in the new era,and combining with the spirit of a series of documents on teachers'morality construction promulgated by the State Council and the Ministry of Education,it has become a work of constructive significance to formulate a scientific and feasible evaluation index system for teachers'morality.
