ICU护士对医疗器械相关压力性损伤认知的研究进展

Research progress on cognition of ICU nurses to medical device related stress injury

医疗器械压力性损伤(medical device related pressure injury,MDRPI)是重症监护室(itensive care units,ICU)患者常见的并发症,而ICU护士作为与重症患者接触最频繁的人,其MDRPI知识的掌握程度对于降低重症患者MDRPI的发生率、改善患者的治疗结局意义重大。我们通过对国内外护士对医疗器械压力性损伤相关研究文献的整理,综述ICU护士对医疗器械压力性损伤的认知现状、相关影响因素,并提出了提高ICU护士MDRPI认知的对策(研制本土化测评工具、合理配备人力资源、规范知识培训),为提高ICU护士对医疗器械相关压力性损伤的评估、预防、护理水平,改善患者的治疗结局提供依据。

The medical device related pressure injury(MDRPI)is a common complication in patients of intensive care units(ICU).As the most frequent contacts of severe patients,ICU nurses’mastery of MDRPI knowledge is of great significance to reduce the incidence of MDRPI in severe patients and improve the treatment outcome of patients.By sorting out the relevant research literature of nurses at home and abroad on MDRPI,we summarize the current situation and related influencing factors of ICU nurses’cognition of MDRPI,put forward the countermeasures to improve the cognition of ICU nurses’MDRPI(developing localized evaluation tools,reasonably allocating human resources and standardizing knowledge training),so as to provide basis for improving the evaluation,prevention and nursing level of ICU nurses on MDRPI,and improving the treatment outcome of patients.
