摘要 青年科技人才是创新驱动与核心技术突破的关键,关注青年科技人才的成长与发展具有重要的现实意义。以2019—2021年“科学探索奖”获得者为研究对象,运用履历分析法,从基本特征、高等教育经历、工作经历、成长周期等四个维度分析我国杰出科技人才的成长过程,并揭示其共性的成长特征:接受一流的高等教育是青年科技人才成长的重要优势累积方式,选择一流的工作机构是青年科技人才成长的助推器,把握职业生涯中的最佳成长期是青年科技人才成长的关键,“深度积淀”+“适度流动”是青年科技人才成长的加速器,青年科技人才的平均成长周期大约是13年,海外经历有效促进青年科技人才的成长。 Young scientific and technological talents are the key to innovation drive and core technology breakthrough.It is of great practical significance to pay attention to the growth and development of young scientific and technological talents.Taking the winners of the “Scientific Exploration Award” from 2019 to 2021 as the research object, using the resume analysis method to analyze the growth process of outstanding scientific and technological talents from the four dimensions of basic characteristics, higher education experience, work experience, and growth cycle, and reveal them Common growth characteristics: Receiving first—class higher education is an important way to accumulate advantages for the growth of young science and technology talents.Choosing first—class work institutions is a booster for the growth of young science and technology talents.Grasping the best growth period in their career is the key to the growth of young scientific and technological talents.“Deep accumulation” and “moderate flow” are the accelerators of the growth of young scientific and technological talents.The average growth cycle of young scientific and technological talents is about 13 years, and overseas experience has effectively promoted the growth of young scientific and technological talents.
