综合护理对急性心肌梗死患者静脉溶栓的效果

Effect of comprehensive nursing on intravenous thrombolysis in patients with acute myocardial infarction

目的探究综合护理干预在急性心肌梗死患者静脉溶栓中的效果,为急性心肌梗死患者静脉溶栓的临床护理提供帮助。方法选取2019年9月—2020年9月聊城市茌平区中医医院收治的76例行静脉溶栓治疗的急性心肌梗死患者为研究对象,通过随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组各38例。对照组患者采用常规护理干预,研究组患者采用综合护理干预。比较两组患者卧床时间、住院时间、溶栓成功率、护理满意率及并发症发生率。结果研究组患者卧床时间、住院时间均短于对照组,且研究组溶栓成功率为100.00%,明显高于对照组的78.95%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理总满意率为97.37%,明显高于对照组的76.32%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率为5.26%,明显低于对照组的26.32%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论静脉溶栓治疗的急性心肌梗死患者采用综合护理干预,可有效缩短治疗时间,提高溶栓成功率,减少并发症的产生,提升护理满意率,值得临床应用推广。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on intravenous thrombolysis in patients with acute myocardial infarction,and to provide help for the clinical nursing of intravenous thrombolysis in patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods A total of 76 patients with acute myocardial infarction treated with intravenous thrombolysis in Liaocheng Chiping District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2019 to September 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into study group and control group by random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing intervention,and the patients in the study group were treated with comprehensive nursing intervention.The bed time,hospital stay,thrombolysis success rate,nursing satisfaction rate and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results The length of stay in bed and hospital stay in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the success rate of thrombolysis in the study group was 100.00%,which was significantly higher than 78.95%in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the study group was 97.37%,which was significantly higher than 76.32%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was 5.26%,which was significantly lower than 26.32%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention on intravenous thrombolysis for patients with acute myocardial infarction could effectively shorten the treatment time,improve the success rate of thrombolysis,reduce the occurrence of complications and improve the nursing satisfaction rate.It was worthy of clinical application and promotion.
