针灸治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征研究进展

Research progress of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of diarrhea-irritable bowel syndrome

腹泻型肠易激综合征是一种以腹部不适、腹胀或腹痛,伴随排便习惯(便秘或腹泻)改变或排便异常的功能性肠病,可以分为便秘型、腹泻型、不定型和混合型。腹泻型肠易激综合征发病率高于其他型。近年来,针灸与相关疗法已被应用于腹泻型肠易激综合征的治疗中,取得了良好的疗效。临床常采用针灸疗法包括电针、火针、埋线等,可单独应用,也可联合其他中西药物治疗。相关研究显示,综合疗法更具有优势。隔物灸、温针优于电针、针刺、艾灸;从证型看,针灸治疗肝郁脾虚证优于湿热证及虚寒证,治疗寒热错杂证多配合口服汤药。针灸辨证施治腹泻型肠易激综合征疗效确定,具有简便、高效、安全等优点。本文对针灸治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的研究进展进行综述,为腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床治疗提供参考方案。

Diarrhea-irritable bowel syndrome is a kind of functional bowel disease with abdominal discomfort,abdominal distension or abdominal pain,accompanied by changes in defecation habits(constipation or diarrhea)or abnormal defecation.It can be divided into constipation type,diarrhea type,amorphous and mixed type.The incidence rate of diarrhea-irritable bowel syndrome is higher than that of other types.In recent years,acupuncture and moxibustion and related therapies have been widely used in the treatment of diarrhea-irritable bowel syndrome and achieved good results.Acupuncture and moxibustion are often used in clinic,including electroacupuncture,fire acupuncture and catgut embedding.They can be used alone or combined with other traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Relevant research shows that comprehensive therapy has more advantages.Material separated moxibustion and warm acupuncture are better than electroacupuncture,acupuncture and moxibustion;from the perspective of syndrome type,acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome is better than that of damp heat syndrome and deficiency cold syndrome.It is often combined with oral decoction in the treatment of mixed cold and heat syndrome.Acupuncture and moxibustion has definite curative effect on diarrhea-irritable bowel syndrome.It has the advantages of simplicity,high efficiency and safety.This paper reviews the research progress of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of diarrhea-irritable bowel syndrome,so as to provide a reference scheme for the clinical treatment of diarrhea-irritable bowel syndrome.
