摘要
总结了国内医院膳食与营养管理现状;以患者需求为导向,从营养从业者的视角出发,基于营养治疗理念和信息化技术,整合膳食管理、住院和门诊营养诊疗,提出医院膳食与营养管理智慧服务信息系统的设计方案。该系统的建设为规范医院膳食管理,落实临床营养诊疗,实现医院膳食与营养管理向专业化、智能化、高效化方向发展提供了有利条件。
This study summarizes the current status of hospital diet and nutrition management in domestic hospitals.This intelligent service system of hospital diet and nutrition is oriented by patient needs,from the perspective of nutrition practitioners,based on the concept of nutrition therapy and information technology,and integrates dietary management,inpatient and outpatient nutrition diagnosis and treatment.The construction of the system provides advantage for standardizing hospital dietary management,implementing clinical nutritional diagnosis and treatment,and realizing the development of hospital dietary and nutritional management in the direction of specialization,intelligence and efficiency.
