摘要
综述了煤沥青喹啉不溶物(QI)的特性及其对炭质中间相沥青产品制备过程影响的相关研究,指出QI的微观构成以及其在中间相沥青制备过程中所起的作用;分析对比了传统与新型脱除方法对QI含量的脱除效果,及适用于工业生产脱除方法的优缺点,指出利用新型脱除技术或联合处理技术脱除煤沥青QI对提高煤沥青系产品质量更为高效,为煤化工产业脱除QI工艺发展提供有力支持;简述了QI在应用方面的当前研究成果,为解决煤沥青QI在固体废物利用方面提供了新的方向,分析表明煤沥青QI所具备的形貌、组成等相关特性,无论在其含量调控研究技术还是在新型炭材料开发利用方面都有着巨大的应用潜力。
This paper reviews the characteristics of quinoline insolubles(QI)in coal tar pitch,and summarizes the related research of QI in the mesophase pitch process,pointes out its sustainable utilization advantages and its impact on the performance of coal products or the production process.The removal effect of traditional and new removal methods on QI content and the advantages and disadvantages of the removal methods suitable for industrial production are analyzed and compared.It was pointed out that the use of new removal technology or combined treatment technology to remove QI from coal tar pitch would improve coal tar pitch products,and provide strong support for the development of the QI removal process for the coal chemical industry.The current research results of QI in application are briefly described,which provides a new direction for solving the use of coal tar pitch QI in solid waste utilization.The analysis shows the morphology and composition of coal tar pitch QI with other related characteristics,so that it has a huge application potential in both the content control research technology and the development and utilization of new carbon materials.
