不同黏结剂特性及对煅后焦黏结性能的评价研究

Study on different binder characteristics and evaluation of bonding performance of calcined coke

摘要 试验以3种黏结剂C、Y、M为研究对象,利用XRD和热重分析手段考察了不同黏结剂的特性差异,研究了3种黏结剂黏度随温度、浓度的变化规律以及对不同粒度煅后焦的黏结性能。结果表明:C、Y、M的成分主要以碳氢化合物为主并含有少量微量元素,其中C呈现高钠、高硫的特点,Y呈现高钙的特点,M呈现高磷的特点;失重率从大到小依次为:M、Y、C;随着温度降低、浓度变大,3种黏结剂黏度变大,且相同条件下黏度从大到小依次为:M、C、Y;3种黏结剂浓度为4%时黏结性均达到最佳,且在浓度为4%时Y的黏结性能最好,C其次,M的黏结性能最差。 Through investigating three kinds of binder with different properties,this paper studied the bonding properties of three different binders to calcined coke by XRD and thermogravimetric analysis.Result shows that the main components of C、Y and M are hydrocarbons with a small amount of trace elements.The weightlessness rate from highest to lowest is M,Y,C.As the temperature decreases and the concentration increases,the viscosity of adhesive increases,and under the same conditions,the viscosity from highest to lowest is M,C,Y.The bonding performance is best when the concentration of the three binders is 4%,and Y has the best bonding performance,C is the next,M has the worst bonding performance.
