包容性视角下的老年助行辅具优化设计

Optimal Design Of Walking AIDS for The Elderly from an Inclusive Perspective

针对老年助行辅具互动性差、使用效果不佳导致的设计排斥问题,运用包容性设计理论,探索强调专家及家人协同参与的使用方式,并将其运用于包容性老年助行辅具优化设计中。采用用户旅程图及设计模型搭建的方式,挖掘老年助行辅具优化设计需求,梳理包容性视角下的老年助行辅具优化设计思路。分别从包容性下的平等普适性、自适应性及创新使用模式三个角度,围绕老年人的生理、心理及感知特征,展开系统化的设计实践。包容性视角下的老年助行辅具,增添协同参与式的人机交互性,不仅实现了助行辅具的基本功能,同时提高了产品的使用率和用户的社会参与感。

Aiming at the design rejection problem caused by poor interaction and use effect of elderly mobility aids,the inclusive design theory is used to explore ways that emphasize the collaborative participation of experts and family members are used in the design of inclusive elderly mobility aids.The paper adopts user journey maps and design models to explore the optimization design requirements of elderly mobility aids,and sort out the optimization design ideas of elderly mobility aids from the inclusive perspective.From the three perspectives of equal universality,self-adaptability and innovative use mode under inclusiveness systematic design practice is carried out around the physical,psychological and perceptual characteristics of the elderly.The mobility aids for the elderly from the inclusive perspective add collaborative and participatory human-computer interaction which not only realizes the basic functions of the mobility aids,but also increases the usage rate of the product.The basic function can give users a great sense of social participation.
