摘要
探索基于TAM模型的智能可穿戴医疗APP的设计方法,为目前智能可穿戴医疗APP的交互设计提供相应理论模型和设计路径。研究TAM模型及其应用现状,分析智能可穿戴医疗APP的现状趋势,构建基于TAM模型的智能可穿戴医疗APP科技接受模型。通过发放259份量表问卷,系统对实验数据进行结构方程模型分析。研究结果表明,被试对智能可穿戴医疗APP的使用意愿得分为(3.45±0.69)分;不同自感健康状况、不同使用经验的用户使用意愿得分具有显著差异,P<0.05;主观规范、感知信任能影响感知有用性和感知易用性,进而间接影响用户的使用意愿。最后,通过设计实例证明该研究方法的有效性,可为智能可穿戴医疗设计领域提供理论依据。
The study investigates the design strategies of intelligent wearable medical application based on the technology acceptance model,and provides theoretical models for the current interaction design.Through studying the application of technology acceptance model,the paper analyses the trend of intelligent wearable medical application.Collecting data from 259 questionnaires,taking the technology acceptance model as a foundation,the study builds an intelligent wearable medical application model.The result showed that score of users’willingness to use the intelligent wearable medical application is 3.45±0.69.Different self-perceived health status and different experiences have significant effect on users’willingness(p<0.05).Perceived trust and subjective norms can affect users’willingness through perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness.Finally,the design case is given and the method has been proved to be practical and effective,which could provide a theoretical basis for formulating countermeasures to intelligent wearable medical application areas.
