Effect of Audio Stimulus on Sleep

摘要 目的:评价50~150 Hz正弦波声频刺激对睡眠的影响,探索睡眠障碍非药物治疗的新方法。方法:应用(晴雪蓝山公司)晴雪蓝山智能睡眠诱发系统生成的50~150 Hz正弦波音频(AVID公司protools音频工作站),给予20名受试者在非睡眠时间接受30分钟的声频刺激使用Grael睡眠监护仪,采集受试者在接受声频刺激过程和刺激结束后30分钟内脑电图(electroencephalogram,EEG)、血氧饱和度、心率的变化。根据匹兹堡睡眠量表将20例正常受试者分为睡眠障碍组和非睡眠障碍组,比较两组人口学特征、声频刺激干预效果及安全性。结果:睡眠障碍组和非睡眠障碍组年龄、教育程度,以及焦虑自评量表比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);睡眠障碍组抑郁自评量表的分值高于非睡眠障碍组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。睡眠障碍组和非睡眠障碍组睡眠脑电记录时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。睡眠障碍组和非睡眠障碍组睡眠结构和睡眠时间各期睡眠占比及出现率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究中未出现不适主诉。结论:50~150 Hz声频刺激可以诱发正常受试者在非睡眠时间出现睡眠脑电波,部分受试者在声频刺激结束后可以维持睡眠状态。50~150 Hz声频刺激可以诱导睡眠,缩短导睡期。 Objective:To evaluate the effect of 50-150 Hz sinewave audio on sleep and explore a new method for the treatment of sleep disorders.Methods:The 50-150 Hz sine wave audio(AVID protools audio workstation)generated by the intelligent sleep-induced system of Qingxuelan Mountain(Qingxuelan Mountain)was used to give 20 subjects 30 minutes of audio stimulation during non-sleep time.The Grael sleep monitor was used to collect the changes of electroencephalogram(EEG),blood oxygen saturation(SpO;)and heart rate of audio stimulation process and 30 minutes after the stimulation.According to the Pittsburgh Sleep Scale,20 normal subjects were divided into sleep disorder group and non-sleep disorder group.The demographic characteristics,effect and safety of sound frequency stimulation were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in age,education level,and self-rating anxiety scale between sleep disorder group and non-sleep disorder group(P>0.05);the score of self-rating depression scale in sleep disorder group was higher than that in non-sleep disorder group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in sleep EEG recording time,sleep time and sleep efficiency between sleep disorder group and non-sleep disorder group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the proportion and occurrence rate of sleep structure and sleep time in each phase between sleep disorder group and non-sleep disorder group(P>0.05).There was no complaints of discomfort in the study.Conclusion:50-150 Hz audio stimulation can induce sleep EEG in normal subjects during non-sleep time.Some subjects can maintain sleep after audio stimulation.50-150 Hz audio stimulation can induce sleep and shorten the sleep guidance period.
