摘要
目的:探讨中心药房管理对临床合理用药的影响。方法:抽取2019年3月—2021年12月我院中心药房领药单108份进行研究,根据中心药房管理方式不同分为对照组和研究组,每组54份。对照组采用常规方式进行干预,研究组采用中心药房管理方式进行干预,比较两组满意度、药房人员与患者纠纷发生率、药品管理情况、用药不合格情况。结果:研究组满意度为96.30%,高于对照组的81.48%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组纠纷发生率为11.11%,低于对照组的33.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组药品管理质量、管理人员工作效率、管理人员工作责任感评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组用药不合理发生率为9.23%,低于对照组的29.63%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中心药房管理可以提高药房人员药品管理质量、管理人员工作效率、管理人员工作责任感,进而减少纠纷发生率,提高患者满意度,降低用药不合理发生率。
Objective:To explore the value of central pharmacy management for clinical rational drug use.Methods:A total of 108 drug prescriptions in the central pharmacy of our hospital from March 2019 to December 2021 were selected and divided into control group and study group according to different management modes of central pharmacy,with 54 in each group.The control group was intervened by conventional methods,and the study group was intervened by central pharmacy management.The satisfaction,the incidence of disputes between pharmacy personnel and patients,drug management and medication failure between the two groups were compared.Results:The satisfaction of the study group was 96.30%,which was higher than 81.48%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of disputes in the study group was 11.11%,which was lower than 33.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of drug management quality,management efficiency and management responsibility in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of irrational drug use in the study group was 9.23%,which was lower than 29.63%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The management of central pharmacy can improve the quality of drug management,work efficiency and responsibility of pharmacy staff,thereby reducing the incidence of disputes,improving patient satisfaction and reducing the incidence of irrational drug use.
