缺血性脑卒中应用他汀类药物联合普罗布考或者阿司匹林的治疗与预防效果比较

Comparison of Therapeutic and Preventive Effects of Statins Combined with Probucol or Aspirin on Ischemic Stroke

目的:研究缺血性脑卒中患者采用他汀类药物联合普罗布考或阿司匹林的临床效果。方法:我院选取2017年4月—2019年4月收治的90例缺血性脑卒中患者作为研究对象,根据不同药物治疗方案分为研究A组、研究B组和参照组,每组30例。参照组给予单一他汀类药物治疗,研究A组给予他汀类药物联合普罗布考治疗,研究B组给予他汀类药物联合阿司匹林治疗,比较两组治疗效果及临床指标。结果:研究A组、研究B组总有效率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但研究A组、研究B组总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,三组SV、IMT、RI指数及LDL-C、HDL-C、hs-CRP水平优于治疗前,且研究A组、研究B组SV、IMT、RI指数及LDL-C、HDL-C、hs-CRP水平优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但研究A组、研究B组组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:与单一他汀类用药效果比较,缺血性脑卒中患者采用他汀类药物与普罗布考或者阿司匹林联合应用的效果优异,可降低患者血脂水平,改善预后。

Objective:To study the clinical effects of statins combined with probucol or aspirin in patients with ischemic stroke.Methods:A total of 90 patients with ischemic stroke admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to April 2019 were selected as subjects.According to different drug treatment regimens,they were divided into study group A,study group B and reference group,with 30 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with single statins,the study group A was treated with statins combined with probucol,and the study group B was treated with statins combined with aspirin.The therapeutic effect and clinical indexes of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of group A and group B was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the study group A and the study group B(P>0.05).After treatment,the SV,IMT,RI index,LDL-C,HDL-C and hs-CRP levels in the three groups were better than those before treatment,and the SV,IMT,RI index,LDL-C,HDL-C and hs-CRP levels in the study group A and the study group B were better than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).But there was no significant difference between group A and group B(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the effect of single statins,the effect of statins combined with probucol or aspirin in patients with ischemic stroke is excellent,which can reduce the blood lipid level and improve the prognosis.
