西帕依固龈液联合替硝唑治疗牙周炎患者的效果分析

Effect of Sipayi Gum-fixing Fluid Combined with Tinidazole in the Treatment of Periodontitis

目的:分析西帕依固龈液联合替硝唑治疗牙周炎患者的效果。方法:选取2019年3月—2020年3月我院诊治的96例牙周炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组48例。对照组仅给予替硝唑治疗,研究组给予替硝唑和西帕依固龈液联合治疗,比较两组临床疗效、临床症状、牙周临床指标、龈沟液炎性因子水平及不良反应发生情况。结果:研究组总有效率为95.83%,高于对照组的83.33%(P<0.05);研究组牙龈肿痛、牙周袋溢脓、牙周袋壁溃疡、牙龈出血和咬合无力症状评分低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组PD、GL、MD、BI低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组IL-8、hs-CRP和TNF-α水平低于对照组(P<0.05);对照组和研究组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:西帕依固龈液联合替硝唑治疗牙周炎的效果显著,可有效改善临床症状和牙周临床指标,降低龈沟液炎性因子水平,且安全性较高。

Objective:To analyze the efficacy and safety of sipayi gum-fixing fluid combined with tinidazole in the treatment of periodontitis.Methods:A total of 96 patients with periodontitis treated in our hospital from March 2019 to March 2020were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was only treated with tinidazole,while the study group was treated with tinidazole and sipayi gum-fixing fluid.The clinical efficacy,clinical symptoms,periodontal clinical indicators,inflammatory factors in gingival crevicular fluid and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 95.83%,which was higher than 83.33%of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of gingival swelling and pain,periodontal pocket pus,periodontal pocket wall ulcer,gingival bleeding and bite weakness in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).PD,GL,MD and BI in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of IL-8,hs-CRP and TNF-αin the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the control group and the study group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Sipayi gum-fixing fluid combined with tinidazole is effective in the treatment of periodontitis,which can effectively improve clinical symptoms and periodontal clinical indicators,reduce the level of inflammatory factors in gingival crevicular fluid,and has high safety.
