优质护理在蒙脱石散治疗新生儿红臀中的效果分析

Effect Analysis of High Quality Nursing in Montmorillonite Powder in the Treatment of Neonatal Red Buttocks

目的:探讨优质护理在蒙脱石散治疗新生儿红臀中的应用效果。方法:选择2019年3月—2021年3月该院采用蒙脱石散治疗的新生儿红臀患儿100例,根据护理方法不同分为对照组和研究组,各50例,对照组采用常规护理,研究组采用优质护理,比较两组患儿红臀程度、症状消退时间、家属护理满意度、护理有效率。结果:研究组严重程度发生率为6.00%,低于对照组的32.00%(P<0.05);研究组患儿Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ度症状消退时间短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患儿家属护理总满意率为98.00%,高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05);研究组护理有效率为98.00%,高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理有利于改善新生儿红臀程度,患儿家属护理满意度高,护理有效率高。

Objective:To explore the application effect of high quality nursing in montmorillonite powder in the treatment of neonatal red buttocks.Methods:A total of 100 neonates with red buttocks who were treated with montmorillonite powder in the hospital from March 2019 to March 2021 were selected.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into a control group and a research group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care.The study group adopted high-quality nursing,and compared the degree of red buttocks,symptom subsidence time,family nursing satisfaction,and nursing efficiency between the two groups.Results:The incidence rate of severity in the study group was 6.00%,which was lower than 32.00%in the control group(P<0.05);the children in the study group had a shorter time to subsidence of grade I,Ⅱ,andⅢsymptoms than the control group(P<0.05);the children in the study group The overall nursing satisfaction rate of family members was 98.00%,which was higher than that of the control group(80.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:High-quality nursing is conducive to improving the degree of neonatal red buttocks,and the family members of the children have high nursing satisfaction and high nursing efficiency.
