腹腔镜下全子宫切除术与传统阴式全子宫切除术治疗子宫疾病的疗效分析

Efficacy Analysis of Laparoscopic-Assisted Vaginal Hysterectomy and Traditional Transvaginal Hysterectomy in Treatment of Uterine Diseases

目的:研究对比腹腔镜下全子宫切除术(LAVH)、传统阴式全子宫切除术(TVH)治疗子宫疾病的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析1999年1月-2021年7月涟水县第三人民医院收治的接受全子宫切除术治疗60例患者的临床资料,依据手术方法将其分为研究组和对照组,各30例。研究组进行腹腔镜下全子宫切除术,对照组采用传统阴式全子宫切除术,观察并比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:接受LAVH治疗的研究组患者的手术时间、术中出血量和住院时间均显著优于接受TVH治疗的对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者胃肠功能恢复时间、拔出尿管时间和疼痛评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:接受全子宫切除术的患者实施LAVH治疗的效果显著,安全性更高。

Objective:To study and compare the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic-assisted vaginal hysterectomy(LAVH)and traditional transvaginal hysterectomy(TVH)in treating uterine diseases.Methods:The clinical data of 60 patients who received total hysterectomy in the Third People's Hospital of Lianshui County from January 1999 to July 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the surgical method,they were divided into the study group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The study group underwent laparoscopic-assisted vaginal hysterectomy,while the control group underwent traditional transvaginal hysterectomy.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed and compared.Results:The operation time,intraoperative blood loss and hospital stay of the patients in the study group who received LAVH treatment were significantly better than those in the control group who received TVH treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of gastrointestinal function recovery,time of removing the urinary catheter and the pain score of the patients in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:LAVH treatment is significantly effective and safe for patients undergoing total hysterectomy.
