全子宫切除术和子宫肌瘤剔除术对患者康复效果的影响

Effects of Total Hysterectomy and Myomectomy on Rehabilitation Effect of Patients

目的:对比子宫肌瘤剔除和全子宫切除两种术式对患者康复效果的影响。方法:选取2019年1月-2020年12月无锡市锡山人民医院妇产科收治的子宫肌瘤患者100例,根据所选取的手术方法将其分成试验组和对照组,对比两组患者术前状况和术后康复情况,在术后的第1、3、6个月内进行患者血清卵巢功能指标的监测,对患者的卵巢功能进行评定,并对比患者的满意度。结果:术后,试验组血清中雌二醇水平高于对照组,促黄体生成素、黄体生成素水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组术后第1、3、5天的白细胞介素6、心肌细胞P物质、前列腺素E2水平均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术可以有效减轻患者痛苦,有利于患者的术后康复且对提高患者的术后生活质量具有重要意义。

Objective:To compare the effects of two surgical approaches(myomectomy and total hysterectomy)on the rehabilitation effect of patients.Methods:One hundred patients with hysteromyoma treated in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology,Wuxi Xishan People's Hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected.They were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the selected different surgical methods.The preoperative conditions and postoperative rehabilitation of patients in the two groups were compared.At 1,3,6 months after the operation,the serum ovarian function indexes of the patients were monitored,the ovarian function of the patients was evaluated,and the satisfaction of patients were compared.Results:After operation,the serum estrogen level of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the levels of luteinizing hormone and follicle stimulating hormone were lower than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The levels of interleukin-6,substance P and prostaglandin E2 in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group on 1,3,and 5 days after operation,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic myomectomy effectively alleviate the pain of patients,it is conducive to postoperative rehabilitation of patients and is of great significance to improve the quality of life of patients.
