腹腔镜下胆总管切开取石术一期缝合安全性分析

Safety Analysis of Primary Suture in Laparoscopic Choledocholithotomy

目的:分析腹腔镜下进行胆总管切开取石手术时,应用一期缝合的临床疗效及手术安全性。方法:选取2017年6月-2019年6月首钢水钢总医院收入的100例胆总管结石患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各50例。观察组应用腹腔镜下胆总管一期缝合,对照组应用腹腔镜下T管引流。比较分析两组患者的临床疗效及并发症发生率,评估手术的安全性。结果:观察组的手术时间、伤口疼痛持续时间、肠功能恢复时间、肝功能恢复时间、住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组手术后并发症发生概率与对照组进行比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对胆总管结石患者应用一期缝合,其临床的治疗效果更佳,安全性相对较高,能够保障患者的生活质量,值得临床推广及应用。

Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of primary suture in laparoscopic choledocholithotomy.Methods:One hundred patients with choledocholithiasis received from Shuigang General Hospital of Shougang from June 2017 to June 2019 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with laparoscopic primary suture of common bile duct,and the control group was treated with laparoscopic T-tube drainage.The clinical efficacy and complication rate of the two groups were compared and analyzed to evaluate the safety of the operation.Results:The operation time,wound pain duration,intestinal function recovery time,liver function recovery time and hospital stay in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative complications between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Primary suture for choledocholithiasis patients has better clinical therapeutic effect and relatively high safety,which can ensure the quality of life of patients,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
