奥沙利铂联合卡培他滨治疗晚期结肠癌的临床研究

Clinical Study of Oxaliplatin Combined with Capecitabine in Treatment of Advanced Colon Cancer

目的:分析奥沙利铂联合卡培他滨治疗晚期结肠癌的临床效果。方法:选取2018年6月-2020年12月如东县人民医院收治的80例晚期结肠癌患者,按照患者入院顺序单双号分为两组,各40例。单一组给予单纯采用卡培他滨药物治疗,联合组给予奥沙利铂联合卡培他滨药物治疗,比较两组患者治疗总有效率、症状改善情况、血清指标水平及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,联合组卡氏量表评分、治疗总有效率高于单一组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,联合组DOC2蛋白高于单一组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组IL-6、c-Fos蛋白、rasP21蛋白水平,不良反应发生率低于单一组患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:奥沙利铂联合卡培他滨治疗晚期结肠癌的临床效果显著,能有效降低不良反应,改善血清相关指标,缓解症状。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of oxaliplatin combined with capecitabine in the treatment of advanced colon cancer.Methods:Eighty patients with advanced colon cancer treated in Rudong County People's Hospital from June 2018 to December 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to the order of admission,with 40 cases in each group.The single group was given capecitabine treatment alone,and the combined group was given oxaliplatin combined with capecitabine treatment.The total effective rate,symptom improvement,serum index level and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the Karnofsky scale score and the total effective rate of the combined group were higher than those of the single group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the DOC2 protein in the combined group was higher than that in the single group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of IL 6,c-fos protein and Rasp21 protein,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the combined group were lower than those in the single group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of oxaliplatin combined with capecitabine in the treatment of advanced colon cancer is significant,which can effectively reduce side effects,improve serum related indicators,and relieve symptoms.
