不同年龄阶段眼科患者的心理护理研究

Psychological Nursing Research on Ophthalmic Patients of Different Ages

目的:分析探究不同年龄阶段眼科患者的心理护理情况。方法:选择云南省玉溪市中医医院2018年3月-2020年3月80例不同年龄阶段眼科患者,根据其年龄差异分为儿童组、青年组、中年组以及老年组,各20例。所有患者均接受针对性心理护理,比较各组不良情绪变化、睡眠质量变化情况。结果:四组患者护理后焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表评分低于护理前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。四组患者护理后睡眠质量评分皆低于护理前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:根据患者不同年龄阶段,护理人员在护理过程中要始终把握患者的心理状态,帮助其树立乐观的情绪和战胜疾病的信心,促进患者早日康复。

Objective:To analyze and explore the psychological nursing of ophthalmic patients of different ages.Methods:A total of 80 ophthalmic patients of different ages from March 2018 to March 2020 in Yuxi Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Yunnan Province were selected.According to their age differences,they were divided into children group,youth group,middle aged group and elderly group,with 20 cases in each.All patients received targeted psychological care,and the changes in adverse mood and sleep quality in each group were compared.Results:The scores of anxiety self-rating scale and depression self-rating scale after nursing in the four groups were lower than those before nursing,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The sleep quality scores of the four groups of patients after nursing were all lower than those before nursing,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:According to the different ages of patients,nurses should always grasp the psychological state of patients in the nursing process,help them establish optimistic mood and confidence to overcome the disease,and promote the early recovery of patients.
