全方位护理管理在医院感染控制中的应用价值分析

Analysis of the Application Value of Comprehensive Nursing Management in Nosocomial Infection Control

目的:探究在医院感染控制中实施全方位护理管理的临床价值。方法:选取2018年1月-2020年2月广饶县中医院医院收治的100例患者,随机分为两组,各50例。观察组应用全方位护理管理,对照组应用常规管理。对比两组护理满意度和医院感染情况。结果:观察组总满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组医院感染发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在医院感染控制中实施全方位护理管理,能够提高护理满意度,降低医院感染发生率。

Objective:To explore the clinical value of implementing comprehensive nursing management in nosocomial infection control.Methods:A total of 100 patients admitted to Guangrao County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2018 to February 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each.The observation group was given comprehensive nursing management,while the control group was given routine management.The nursing satisfaction and nosocomial infection were compared between the two groups.Results:The total satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of nosocomial infection in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Implementing comprehensive nursing management in nosocomial infection control can improve nursing satisfaction and reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection.
