摘要
社区卫生服务中心作为基层医疗服务机构承担着社区主要的国家基本公共卫生服务职能,文章从社区基本公共卫生服务人员的缺口出发,介绍了某社卫中心采购第三方公共卫生助理的情况,同时对于第三方采购的公共卫生助理利用统计学方法对于其年龄、学历、专业及人员流动情况等进行统计,分析人员组成结构。对该社区卫生服务中心的公共卫生助理采购要求和考核机制进行系统阐述,并对存在的问题给予建议与对策。
As a primary medical service institution,community health service center undertakes the main national basic public health service function in the community.Starting from the shortage of basic public health service personnel in the community,this article introduces the purchase of third-party public health assistants by a social health center,meanwhile,statistical methods are used for public health assistants purchased from third parties to conduct statistics on their age,education,major and personnel flow,and analyze the composition of personnel.This paper systematically expounds the purchasing requirements and assessment mechanism of public health assistants in the community health service center,and gives suggestions and countermeasures to the existing problems.
