儿童缺铁性贫血与β-地中海贫血鉴别诊断进展

Development of Differential Diagnosis of Iron Deficiency Anemia and Β-Thalassemia in Children

儿童缺铁性贫血是因为患儿身体之中铁元素不足所引发的血红蛋白合成速度降低,也是现阶段我国较为常见的小儿疾病。β-地中海贫血是常染色体显性遗传性溶血性贫血,主要集中发生于我国江南地区,一般没有典型临床特征。儿童缺铁性贫血和β-地中海贫血都是小细胞低色素贫血疾病,而且在进行血常规检查时,其检查结果十分相似,但是两种疾病的治疗方法有很大差异,所以,早期的诊断十分关键。选择科学、有效的诊断方法,对于患儿后续的治疗方案制定有着重要意义。本文主要针对儿童缺铁性贫血与β-地中海贫血的鉴别诊断研究进展做出了综述。

Iron-deficiency anemia in children is caused by the reduction of hemoglobin synthesis rate due to insufficient iron in the body of children.It is also a relatively common pediatric disease in China at this stage.β-thalassemia is an autosomal dominant hemolytic anemia.This type of disease mainly occurs in the southern part of the Yangtze Delta in China,and generally has no typical clinical features.Iron-deficiency anemia andβ-thalassemia in children are both types of microcytic hypochromic anemia,and the results of routine blood tests are very similar,but the treatment methods of the two diseases are very different.Early diagnosis is very critical.Therefore,the selection of scientific and effective diagnostic methods is of great significance for the formulation of subsequent treatment plans for children.This article reviews the research progress in the differential diagnosis of iron-deficiency anemia andβ-thalassemia in children.
