利用ABC分析法调查我中心西药、中成药使用情况

Investigation of Medicine Use in Our Center by ABC Analysis

目的:通过调查2019年1月-2020年12月北京市海淀区蓟门里社区卫生服务中心西药、中成药为期2年的销售数据,为药品管理和合理用药提供参考。方法:采用ABC分析法对我中心使用西药、中成药的品规数量、销售金额进行统计分析,并着重对A类药品进行分析。结果:我中心2年合计使用663个品规的西药、中成药,其中A类药102个,品规数占比15.38%,销售占比69.84%;B类药131个,品规数占比19.76%,销售占比20.09%;C类药430个,品规数占比64.86%,销售占比10.07%。A类药中的心血管系统用西药合计22个,销售占比28.88%,内科用中成药合计40个品规,销售占比28.63%。结论:我中心用药结构基本合理,但中成药祛瘀剂品规较多,销售占比较大,需加强监控力度与分析,及时发现使用中存在的问题,保证合理用药。

Objective:To provide reference for drug management and rational drug use through investigating the sales data of western medicine and Chinese patent medicine in Jimenli Community Health Service Center of Haidian District for two years.Methods:ABC analysis method was used to statistically analyze the prescriptions,quantity and sales amount of western medicine and Chinese patent medicine in our center,with emphasis on the analysis of Class A drugs.Results:Over the past two years,our center has used 663 prescriptions of western medicine and Chinese patent medicine,of which 102 are Class A drugs,accounting for 15.38%in prescriptions and 69.84%in sales;131 are Class B drugs,accounting for 19.76%in prescriptions and 20.09%in sales;430 are Class C drugs,accounting for 64.86%in prescriptions and 10.07%in sales.There are 22 Class A drugs for cardiovascular system,accounting for 28.88%of sales.There are 40 Chinese patent medicines for internal medicine,accounting for 28.63%of sales.Conclusion:The structure of the drug use in our center is basically reasonable,but the Chinese patent medicines for removing blood stasis have more prescriptions and high proportions of sales.It is necessary to strengthen the monitoring and analysis,and find out the problems during use in time to ensure rational use of drugs.
