润燥止痒胶囊辅助治疗慢性荨麻疹的有效性研究

Research on Efficacy of Runzao Zhiyang Capsules in Adjuvant Treatment of Chronic Urticaria

目的:研究对慢性荨麻疹患者实施润燥止痒胶囊辅助治疗的有效性。方法:选取2020年7月-2022年2月莒县皮肤病防治站皮肤科收治的慢性荨麻疹病例90例,以数字奇偶法为依据对所选病例分组,分为单独组45例与联合组45例,单独组实施左西替利嗪治疗,联合组在单独组治疗基础上实施润燥止痒胶囊治疗。对临床总有效率予以分析,并对治疗前后不同症状的评分结果进行比较,治疗前后分别测定两组血清炎性因子水平并比较,对治疗前后免疫球蛋白(总IgE)水平予以分析,评估两组皮肤病生活质量指数(DLQI)并对比,观察不良反应并比较。结果:联合组总有效率高于单独组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后联合组瘙痒程度,风团直径、风团数量均低于单独组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后联合组C反应蛋白、白介素-6、白介素-10水平均低于单独组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,联合组总IgE水平低于单独组,DLQI评分低于单独组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在慢性荨麻疹治疗过程中,辅助应用润燥止痒胶囊,一方面对各项症状有改善作用,另一方面能够减轻炎症反应,改善免疫反应,使患者生活质量得到提升,而且安全性良好,临床价值显著。

Objective:To study the efficacy of Runzao Zhiyang capsule in the adjuvant treatment of patients with chronic urticaria.Methods:Ninety cases of chronic urticaria who were treated in Juxian Dermatology Prevention and Treatment Station from July 2020 to February 2022 were selected.Based on odd-even number method,the selected cases were divided into separate group(n=45)and combined group(n=45).The separate group was treated with levocetirizine,and the combined group was treated with Runzao Zhiyang capsule on the basis of the separate group.The total clinical effective rate was analyzed,and the score results of different symptoms before and after treatment were compared.The levels of serum inflammatory factors in the two groups were measured and compared before and after treatment.The levels of immunoglobulin(total IgE)before and after treatment were analyzed.The skin disease quality of life index(DLQI)of the two groups was evaluated and compared,and the adverse reactions were observed and compared.Results:The total effective rate of the combined group was higher than that of the separate group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pruritus degree,wind mass diameter and wind mass number in the combined group after treatment were lower than those in the separate group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of C-reactive protein,interleukin-6 and interleukin-10 in the combined group after treatment were lower than those in the separate group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of total IgE and DLQI score in the combined group after treatment were lower than those in the separate group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of chronic urticaria,the auxiliary application of Runzao Zhiyang capsule can not only improve various symptoms,but also reduce inflammatory reaction,improve immune response,improve the quality of life of patients,which has good safety and significant clinical value.
